New patients: All new patients can expect a 1-hour long initial appointment with Dr. Kannankeril. Click here to download health history forms (you will need Adobe Acrobat to view them) and please have complete them prior to your appointment. Let us know if you are having trouble printing the forms and we can mail you a copy, or please try to arrive 20-30 minutes before your appointment to complete the paperwork. We understand that the forms are lengthy and detailed, but the more information you provide, the more you will get out of your appointment.

Metro
Our office is easily accessible by the Washington Metro's Red Line at Friendship Heights. When exiting the station, take the Metro elevators at the Jenifer Street exit. Our building is located directly across the street when you come off the Metro elevator. Take the building elevator up to the 4th floor and exit to the left to Suite 402.

Driving
For those patients driving to our office, click here for customized driving directions. Our office is in the District of Columbia on Wisconsin Avenue, across from Mazza Gallerie, and close to all points in Southern Maryland (e.g. Bethesda, Rockville, Baltimore) and Northern Virginia.

Parking
We provide complimentary 2-hour parking for all our patients who park in our underground parking garage (the garage entrance is the first right after turning onto Jenifer Street from Wisconsin Avenue).
